my creations!

My name is Andrea and I've fallen in love... with mosaics!  In 2017, my husband and I moved into a cute little house built in 1970.  It's unique and quirky, and one of my favorite features is that the original owner had a darkroom.  For a few years I wasn't sure how to use the space, until it became my mosaic studio.  Having a designated space spawned creativity and Andi's gARTen was born.

I enjoy searching antique shops for hidden gems that just need a little makeover to show their most beautiful selves.  Bonus is if I get to share them with someone other than myself!  When possible I use thrifted items for the base and ceramic plates are upcycled as well.
